Here is a selection of programs, qualifications and initiatives AIG has designed and delivered." ###### Digital Capability Delivered digital capability programs across 65 LGAs through FutureSkills4U under the Queensland Government Digital Futures Workforce Action Plan, supporting workforce uplift and improved digital confidence across regional communities. ###### Business Concierge Led delivery and regional engagement as a major subcontractor  contractor for Smart Precinct NQ to deliver the Business Concierge project, providing advisory support and practical assistance to small businesses across Queensland. ###### Governance Capability Designed and delivered project governance and risk training programs for councils, aligned to internal frameworks and supporting stronger decision-making and compliance. ###### ESG Strategy and Implementation Developed ESG strategy and model documentation for The Cathedral School of St Anne and St James, supporting Block Grant Authority funding and preparation for mandatory ESG reporting. ###### She Makes it Designed and delivered the AIG She Makes It program, engaging students in pathways across technology, digital design, and advanced manufacturing. ###### Simulation and Interactive Technology Qualification Developed and delivered a Certificate III in Simulation and Interactive Technologies for Cubic Defence Australia, supporting workforce capability in emerging simulation technologies. ###### Digital Design and Fabrication Enabled prototyping through to small-scale production via AIG MADE, delivering components for mining vehicle applications at a regional mine. ###### Stack Plus Female Founders Program Designed and delivered the Stack+ Female Founders Program, a fully funded nine-month initiative supported by the Queensland Government to accelerate early-stage female founders in STEM and innovation-driven industries. The program combined structured learning, mentorship, and hands-on business development to help participants move from idea or prototype through to validated, scalable business models. Participants progressed through a structured “stack” of capability areas including strategy, financial management, risk and governance, innovation, and growth, supported by mentors, industry experts, and cohort-based learning. The program built both capability and confidence, enabling founders to navigate complexity, reduce risk, and progress toward real-world outcomes.
