We’re seeking 30 passionate, driven women working in areas like IT, New Energy, Cybersecurity, Critical Minerals, AgTech, AI, advanced manufacturing, mining, FoodTech, scientific research, or any STEM-driven field. If you have an innovative idea or prototype and the ambition to take it further, this program is designed for you.
It doesn't matter if you're a university student, working in industry, or developing your idea on a farm or in community—we want to uncover Queensland’s next innovators. Whether your concept is fully formed or just an exciting spark, the Stack+ Program provides the tools, mentorship, and support to help you thrive.

The Stack+ Program's innovative delivery structure spans 9 months, followed by an additional 3 months of post-program support, offering a multifaceted approach to fostering entrepreneurial growth. It kicks off with a face-to-face launch and onboarding session to establish a foundational connection among participants.
Throughout the program, participants engage in monthly one-on-one mentorship sessions and access thematic online content tailored to reinforce their business and idea resilience. The curriculum is enriched by monthly virtual Lean In Circles featuring guest speakers for whole-group discussions, as well as smaller group sessions for more intimate discussions, collaborations, and reflections. Additionally, participant-directed buddy sessions and the availability of ad hoc mentoring, both virtually and in-person, ensure personalised support and accountability, creating a comprehensive ecosystem designed to propel female STEM entrepreneurs towards success.
